The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Design and construction for rehabilitation and new construction of City of Jackson's 12.5 miles of informally developed natural surface singletrack trails located in Ella Sharp Park Bidders may obtain Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms on the City of Jackson e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson . Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 11:00 am, Thursday, July 16, 2026, Ella Sharp Park Golf Course Clubhouse, 3225 Fourth Street, Jackson MI 49203. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents. Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's pre-qualification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for: Documented history of related experience, 3-5 years minimum, in large-scale scope projects, including 5 references. Professional Trail Builders Association membership helpful..
